Ancel Mitchell
Ancel is a Steiner / Waldorf teacher with 12 years experience working creatively with children. She has taught kindergarten through 10th grade everything from math to grammar to history, geography, chemistry, art, basketry, physics, botany - the list goes on.
Ancel has built her own cob-adobe house in northern California and has worked on various other cob-adobe, papercrete and straw bale constructions.
She has a great love for nature and has been lucky to live close to the outdoors all her life. She has raised donkeys, goats, chickens, lovebirds and hamsters, worked with horses and has enjoyed her dogs and cats tremendously.

From time to time life works out wonderfully. As I write this toucans eat berries from sealing wax palms and white faced monkeys cavort in the tree at the foot of the garden. A pleasant way to spend a Sunday morning.
